Today we unveiled our metamorphosis from CompleteCSM into intelligage and launched our first product intelligage coach, the first AI Coach that highlight when buyers are interested from discovery through renewal, leading to more pipeline confidence and better customer health analytics. We’re thrilled to share this milestone with all of you who joined us, both in person and online.  

We’ve created some of the world’s most amazing AI technology for Customer Success teams that put us on the map but found that our technology can drive scale and accelerate revenue in other verticals like the symbiotic Sales organization and even extending to recruiting and other types of teams.   

Brian Hodges from nCloud Integrators, emphasized the importance of diving into coaching in addition to predicting. He shared how he and his team listened to over 125 hours of Zoom calls and scored them, which was compared to the 10 hours it took the software to analyze the calls. Also, in reviewing the data, intelligage was more accurate than 125 hours of dedicated review time.

Faisal Khan from Talend also shared how they used the software to predict churn. In the past, predictions were based on usage data. Really not good enough. Now they are using intent data. With this added data, the churn predictions were 90% accurate.
