What happened? The story unfolds here.
We started CompleteCSM with the idea that Customer Success + AI is an unstoppable combination. We became the first AI company in the customer success industry focused solely on CSM productivity! 13,000 users, hundred of thousands of conversation processed and a lot of fun!
It turns out, while Customer Success is Hot, it’s only a tiny part of the SaaS economy. A quick search on Google shows us that Gainsight, the leading customer success platform, has about 2700 customers and all the other customer success platforms COMBINED have just about the same!
What are MOST teams using to track customer health and run success plans? It’s the same CRM that their Revenue team bought. HubSpot has 167k customers, Salesforce has 150k customers!
That’s a lot of companies that can now tap into AI data that they’ve never had before. Coach their team, predict, engage with customers.
When Bernie Kassar, Paul Piazza and Jay Nathan, Jason Bissell first joined as advisors each one of them said – change the name of the company to expand beyond the CSM market because we can help revenue teams no matter what the name. Good advice!
